Job Description:

1, fully responsible for the company's new drug and generic drug formulation work.

2、Responsible for the formulation department's R&D plan, able to design and review specific test protocols; able to solve the technical difficulties and rate-limiting factors in drug formulation R&D.

3、Responsible for organizing and executing the R&D work of formulations, including prescription process development research, pilot testing and industrialization transformation, and completing R&D targets on time and with quality according to the overall plan of the company's projects.

4、Familiar with patent knowledge, with compliance awareness, organize and complete the registration declaration materials

6、Responsible for the formulation department's R&D budget and monitor the use of the budget.

Job Qualifications

1, drug formulation-related professional, with multiple innovative drug formulation development or 505b(2) project research and development experience is a plus

2、Familiar with the requirements of national drug technical review and regulations related to drug registration management; solid theoretical foundation and practical experience in formulation.

3、Experience in R&D of multiple drug formulations (including innovative drugs and generics), with project and team management experience.

4、Strong communication skills, optimistic personality and innovative spirit.
