Job requirements.

1, PhD degree of 3 years or above, or Master's degree of 8 years or above, in relevant disciplines of oral solid dosage formulations generic drug analysis and development projects

2、Familiar with the R&D process of innovative drugs and related policies and regulations of domestic and foreign pharmaceutical companies

3、Experience in managing multi-person teams, leading the team to develop, validate, analyze and develop quality standards for drug analysis and isolation methods, etc.

4、Familiar with various conventional analytical instruments, proficient in the principles of instrumental analysis

5、Good English reading and writing skills, proficient in professional English for drug analysis, able to read and translate relevant English literature.
